Get angry at the players because they clearly have the quality to do much much better and should have the professionalism and pride to start showing it on a more regular basis. I'm not Wilkin ' s number 1 fan but I really can't see much more that he or anyone we can realistically attract can do when these players seem incapable of playing well consistently

The problem is the lack of desire and motivation from the players which comes down to the man management from the manager and coaxhing staff. Its all very well playing a big FA Cup tie away to Stoke, the players don't need motivating for that the occasion does it for them. But when it comes to the lesser teams and the FA Trophy games the players don't give a f**k and the desire isn't there. Yse you can blame the players for this but its up to the management to get the best out of the players for every game which clearly Wilkin cannot do and for that reason he needs to be relieved of his duties asap. For the people who say give him more time well he has had over 30 games which is more than enough. Unless he does something radical this transfer window and shifts a load of players in and out then this season could be even worse than last.
