I agree, as I've said though unless we get a "sure thing" it won't change. Mills might decide himself he wants to move on before he is fired, he knows that he needs to bring success here and it will have to be in 2017 now if that is the case.
His remit was to get us into The Top 5.

They way he has acted at times and the way some fans go on you'd swear he'd never managed at this level, or at any level for that matter. I didn't expect miracles but I expected a lot more in what has been a poor league this season.

Maybe but it was a money decision that meant that we were unable to replace him. Do you really think Mills would have signed Grey if he had the finances to sign a proven goalscorer at this level, And perhaps somebody who wouldn't turn up for training 3 times over the drink drive limit.
