Why don’t you spoon feed me some costs of developing 2 football pitches of a professional standing.

On one hand you have posters saying 850k isn’t enough and you saying £250k is far too much.

Use your initiative and do some research of your own if you really want to know. Figures mentioned so far are all based on opinions nothing else.

If you want to throw a few bags of seed down then you could probably do it for a few hundred quid.

I’d imagine you have no knowledge or experience of laying a professional football pitch from scratch, as I don’t. However, I have a fair idea about development costs. If the pitches are to be developed with drainage then you can see it costing a fair bit; certainly in excess of £250k.

AA and Birdy?
Is £250k just for 2 pitches or are we expecting they will also be able to park, change, shower and eat in some sort of building as well and that will incur costs.
Just asking?
