The poster was just mentioning welsh players who did not have a contract with another club.I just mentioned that that the last time we had many welsh players we got relegated.So thats my fliping point!

And during the 70’s we were stacked with Welsh players and that was a side that got us to the second tier.
So, what exactly is the point you’re trying to make?
Personally given two players of equal talent that fit our needs, I’d rather we had a Welsh player given we’re a Welsh team.

during the 70s,we had players playing for the country and it was the norm, i couldnt see 5th tier players gettin a lookin

I can’t understand why Andy King is out of contract. Him and Ledley would take this league apart. I expect that is what Rob and Ryan are looking for.

Can’t imagine we will have too many issues grabbing players from the league now,loads of league 2 players would drop down to play for us to come along for the ride.
