We made mistakes in this department last season too, I'm surprised that this hasn't been rectified.
I even took to emailing the club about this issue. It's nice to know that my suggestion got completely ignored.
I won't bother parting with my money within the ground for the next game if they don't get this right. It's just not worth the hassle.
