Location wise Jones bar should do well. However it should be about 10-15 feet further back and have a queuing system. Maybe use some barriers from the kop.
There is also a big unused space on the right of it that could be used for a 2nd queue.

I dont think anyone has an idea how to set up the area.

I dont ever buy any food/drink at the ground because its so poor.
