Can we pick managers
Can we recruit players
Can we pick saturdays team

Only one person has got us were we are and its not working for him.

Give him to end of November, and if no improvement then he has to resign. This gives a new manager to assess things in December and prepare for a january window.

Sorry Bryan as much as you were good for and had a good playing career maybe management is a step to far at this time.
