Whether those fans are in the minority or not, they need engaging with in my view - a community club needs to be a `broad church' - and not ignore dissenting voices.

I would expect the Trust to engage with the whole of the fan base.
One of the difficulties here is identifying what the membership are asking for.
There is a faction that is against the board as a whole, another faction that targets individuals. I have yet to see a concrete proposal to put to an EGM.
I still believe that petitioning for a meeting, maybe with written questions to be put to the board and published 7 days in advance might get a reasonable response.
Answers from the board could then be challenged on the night.
Something needs to be done to resolve the situation.
