We could get people without a track record of abysmal appointments when bringing in managers, given that the vast majority of people saw Andy Davies, Graham Barrow, Bryan Hughes and Dean Keates (2nd time around) as ridiculous risks.

We could get people who are better at communicating with members and others, avoiding repeats of the social media storm caused by their treatment of the DSA, or the bad feeling caused by the Manny Smith new contract not being revealed at the time he signed it for reasons known only to them.

We could get people who are more willing to see the Trust as a real democracy, rather than giving the impression that they're trying to avoid following a resolution passed at an AGM, which has been the case since the 2nd platform resolution was overwhelmingly passed despite their opposition.

We could get people who are more willing to listen to advice rather than thinking that the board themselves have all the skills needed to succeed even when our league position suggests that isn't the case.

We could get people who are willing to take a long hard look at the coaching side of things, and potentially bring in a coach who would actually improve players.

We could get people who appear more open to taking on board criticism, rather than the attitude certain board members have of banning fans who criticise their decisions from forums they moderate (or moderated; is John Mills still a mod over at SO78?)

Wise words but wasted, they don't want to listen.
