My complaint is this:

We have been training at substandard facilities for 4/5 year? We have been told the council want the nine acre site back for development of a school and have offered us a small plot to build a new facility in the town centre.... (please correct me if i’m wrong).

We’ve had 4/5 years to plan for a new training facility and rather than use that time to find a plot, buy/lease it and build a basic facility (when i say basic i mean running water, electricity... That type of thing), we’ve done nothing. We will end up spending a small fortune on improving a site in the town centre that a team aspiring to go higher will outgrow rather quickly.
