In the AGM voting they are clearly classed in the against column as they are added to the total votes cast meaning they affect the percentage of yes votes in exactly the same way as a no vote does.
Abstentions have affected some proposals in a way that the abstained may not have meant to.
Does it specifically say in the constitution that abstentions are treated in this way?
