I do feel sorry for Hughes.

A manager with very little management experience or support, having to recruit players and backroom staff at a club which can no longer offer very much. We're over a decade from our league history, can't pay top dollar and have crap training facilities.

Very few clubs would have considered him based on his lack of experience, so don't feel too sorry. Save your pity for the poor fans.
