It'd also increase trouble in the town. Saturday at 12pm is the logical solution.

Wrexham marathon on the Sunday which has road closures and also start/finishes in town so I'd be surprised

The logical solution is play it on Saturday at 3pm and for the police to concentrate on troublemakers and leave the rest of us alone - like any other police force would do.
