The one we've all been waiting for and this episode doesn't disappoint - its an absolute cracker.

'That save' is actually somewhat of a bit-part and the episode is all the better for it. It starts off with the shambolic defeat at Halifax, then cranks up the tension for the County game (some of the financial figures are truly eye-opening), and then of course its the day of the game itself.

Foster's pieces to camera are interesting. The self-doubts were clearly there after the Halifax game. Loved how they put in his little private celebration at the final whistle when he turns to the empty Kop and punches the air. I've seen clips of that from the Yale Stand and good to see a different view.

Pour yourself a Wrexham Lager and enjoy this one. One that we'll watch time and time again. Hopefully they release DVD extras at some point.

Great episode, we played against 12 at times was never a free kick for their first and a stone wall penalty for push on mullin , but regardless a brilliant game and a win and last Saturday even sweeter

Make that 13. The linesman in front of Mold Road was shocking first half.

We were trying to beat that high line. And he flagged consistently and got most of them wrong.

I forgot how bad those one or two goals were at Halifax, it was a bit haunting hearing Foster talk about having doubts in the wake of that game given how it hit the fan a couple months ago

But yeah great episode that captured a snapshot of the tension all around, glad to finally hear the unbleeped version of Phil’s postgame after we got a heavily bleeped version on Foster’s social media lol
