Our game management is flipping awful and it has cost us points time and time again. Keates only ever makes substitutions as a reaction, he seems incapable of preemptive tactical changes when we are under the cosh.

For me his in-game management is his biggest fault and it needs to improve quickly if we have designs on promotion.

It is simply because he does not have the tactical know how. He is not upto the job. Give him as many years as you like you will get the same results.

I'm happy with a spirited performance and I said to my lad before kick off that I expected it would be a tough game and I would take a draw after the way we have been playing.
Feel we were unlucky to not take all 3 points, did the shots second really cross the line? It didn't look like it did from where I was sat.
