When will he accept his times up and do the right thing? Why hang on until he's forced out? He's worked hard to be fair but ultimately he has failed miserably, not him personally, the whole board have, for eight years. We need new blood and a change has to be made to the current structure or we'll continue to do what we've doing, fail to win enough football matches.

This isn’t correct - this year there were 1965 votes cast for board members, a big upswing from last year’s 1093 but actually down on 2017’s 2097.

I've always took the stance that Harris is an easy target and he can't be the only board member making mistakes.

However, reading the minutes of the WST meetings and listening to this interview suggests that Harris is heavily involved in the running of football side of the club. This to me is a sham as he's someone who has a full time job and runs a football club as a hobby.

The sheer arrogance is staggering and I have no confidence in someone who deluded themselves and takes no accountability for making mistake after mistake.

As concerned as I was about Keates appointment, which was justified until he had the sense to alter the formation to get 3 at the back and 2 strikers, I have to eat my words as we now look like a team. looked a bit like the Wales formation.

I am still to be convinced that DK has what it takes, but the last 2 results have been most welcome.

One thing we can probably glean is that DK has not 'lost the dressing room', as the effort has been first-class, even though our passing and possession is too often still poor.

There is no way of forcing him out without removing the rest of the board too. Even if he is not voted back onto the trust board next year, he can still remain on the club board, and would probably be co-opted back onto the trust board by the other members.

There are a number of people on those boards that will not go voluntarily or without a fight. To them running the club is more important than results, not to mention the damage it would do to their personal careers if they are forced out due to their incompetence.

I'm afraid we have reached the point where a few changes is no longer enough, they all have to go and rebuild the boards from scratch.

Only just listened to the interview. Nathan Blake hit the nail on the head at the end - we are largely in the position we are in because of poor decision making.
