I am hearing he's announced himself as the new WST secretary on the Spirit of 78 forum as the current secretary is stepping down.

Is there truth to this? (I'm not on there)

Is he allowed to announce this himself before any communication from the WST?

I'd be surprised by this, always thought he didn't get on with those currently in charge and was responsible for much infighting. See what happened regarding the flats for one such example.

Truly are scraping the barrel now if true to stay in power, Lindsay's foot soldiers will be back soon. As for being 'independent'
