At his flat in Manchester at nine on a Sunday Morning, you are forgetting that. Dont think anyone's saying people are the devil just that the Letter says what isn't wanted but doesn't have a list of how to fix it. The letter is paragraph one of a book....

The writers of the letter no doubt care about the club and want it to improve as do I but there's no mention apart from getting rid of people how that would be achieved, I honestly dont understand that approach?
