Easy to spend someone else's money.
Good coverage last night but probably what you'd have expected given the TV background.
Ultimately it's window dressing.
It's what happens on the shop floor that matters most.
Just hope the commercial aims don't become bigger than the football.

The trust seemed to spend the dodgy loans and the Ward monies easily enough?
Although goodness knows on what!
At least we are seeing how the money is spent now

Exciting times!

It is basically an entertainment industry, and in a world where youtubers can stream better than the club was, such things are a basic expectation for the audience of the product.

It is as you say, shop floor stuff.

I think these concerns are unfounded. I asked our Official Global Noodle Partner and they said it was baseless.

I beg to differ. In this context, window dressing would be when you focus upon things that do not contribute to the overall goals and objectives of the business.

Improving our streaming service is likely to have a direct impact on that revenue stream which in turn helps sustain the clubs objective of improving both the facilities and the team.

Seeing last nights streaming service as "window dressing", is exactly how the trust would view anything football related that got in the way of their community work.

Weird how a few pounds and a coffee machine can turn fortunes around.

That said, I'm more than happy that we appear to have a more settled side and are playing a bit better, the points return is looking good too and we can hope for better if we don't throw games away.
I like what R & R are doing but I'm not getting carried away as we still have the same players and staff that were useless 3 weeks ago.
It's not just the money. The attitude, empathy and sheer goodwill emanating from R & R is like a breath of fresh air

This!
Living where I do I'll unlikely be a racecourse regular, therefore to have a product that effectively allows me "season ticket access" allows me to connect with the club, see what everyone else saw and discuss things with my Dad who is a season ticket holder. If we can get a "match day experience" via a quality product (combined with good football) I keep coming back. It's fairly simple. It's especially important if your new fan base live in the US and Canada. How many Man Utd have never been to Britain, never mind Old Trafford. We have to start thinking globally now, not locally.

So whilst some might scoff at "Window dressing" why was the second biggest fight in boxing history between 2 You-tubers? Why do adults who can only communicate with kids via the medium of coloured slime pranks make millions of pounds a year streaming their appalling parenting on YouTube? A quality service streaming service will increase our revenue exponentially, especially if it continues post-covid.

Welcome to the future. Living over 200 miles away, I can't wait!!
