I didn't know this was happening, and the link is in legalese. I think the gist of it is that other teams have a competitive advantage enough given Wrexham have to operate in the transfer window and the National League giving other teams even more time to make signings put Wrexham at even more of a disadvantage but perhaps the legal eagles of RP can explain further.

Yeah looks like the NL incorrectly gave a blanket extention of the registration window using a clause that should only be applied on an individual basis (and subject to individual circumstances- I suppose like emergency loans of keepers etc)

Good result, albeit we are in the same very unfair situation we knew we were in, the good news being we are not placed in an even more egregiously unfair one.

Interesting that the national league doesn't come across particularly well in their summary.

Our appeal was before the original deadline so that didn't happen.

Shaun Harvey was in attendance at the hearing.

For all the negativity Harvey has received theres no doubt without him this would never have been challenged. He’s well versed on the FA rules probably better than most in the game.
