Add Kevin Keelan , Dave Gaskell , Dai Davies , to those , and for me Mayebi was a class act , just His errors stood out like a sore thumb .
But I`m sure the 98 pt season he holds the record for most cean sheets

Casting my mind back and I might have the time line wrong but wasn't there a terrible year between Dearden and Dibble where we just three in allanner of young keepers miles out of their depth? I seem to remember Dearden going and just having terrible keepers for ages

Worst Goalkeeping decisions
1) Bryan Flynn not reconciling his differences with Andy Marriott
2) Letting Maxwell go for free because Saunders had the hump with him (even though many experts on here said Maxwell would never make it at Championship level because he was too short)
3) Anytime Mike Ingham took a goal kick

If saunders would have stayed we would never have reached 98 pts and still gone out of the play offs in the semi final.

He had no choice, by the time Mayebi was dropped there was a Danny Baker video howler in every game. He got a chance to get back in when Coughlin got injured...and made a Danny Baker video howler against Gateshead. He was one of many players whose form dropped off a cliff in that season.

And Coughlin was absolutely not worse than Belford; Belford highlighted the myth about Coughlin not making any saves because Belford reeeeally didn't make any.
