If he's good enough, he's old enough, sign him on.

Club shop a steady flow for match day tickets and merchandise, again with some volunteers helping the shop staff.

Season tickets being dealt with also, another volunteer is helping with them and I know a trust board member on her day off arrived to help shortly before I left.

The lads from AEC there doing some stadium repair work, where would we be without Phil & Tom these guys are amazing.

Paul Chal there taking care of the pitch ( It looks really good by the way )

Phil Bennet as well as sorting all things like beer delivery etc helping the membership group with getting their new application forms in key places inside the ground ( The Cent Bar, 1864, Club shop and Bamfords as well as the new ticket area by the main MRS turnstyle area ) If your not a member this is now easy to grab one fill in and get it back either by hand or post.

I came away from the ground ( as got work ) feeling very positive and buzzing even more for Saturday.

A big shout out to a club director ( I will not embarrass them by naming them )who was at the stadium prior to work the other day 6 a.m doing some cleaning ( Above and beyond )

Fans should feel proud of the effort going in for OUR club.

All this is to be commended. It is happening at small clubs around the country and proves that non league football survives due to its volunteers.

I have a friend well past retirement age who is at his ground every day preparing the pitch for the big kick off this Saturday.

He is the clubs Hon. Groundsman and does the work for the love of the game. When winter comes despite snow and rain he is still at his post. Thanks to all those volunteers who keep clubs running.

Collected mine today and it was in a pile that was ready to be posted today. Lady said that all tickets that hadn't been collected would be sent out this afternoon. Hope this helps.

The term "community club" gets bandied around quite a bit these days (often unduly so!),but our club is one which thoroughly deserves the label.I know that old Foxy will be throwing a thrombo' when I say this, but I've never been so proud to be a Wrexham fan.I remember much more fruitful footballing days, and have seen us play at Champ'p > Conf' level, but the fact that WE own our club,WE run our club, and that we're making a bloody decent fist of it,fills me with immense pride.I know Foxy,"pride" alone won't get us back to the level of our former glories, but some of us think that's it's about more than just which chanel's highlights show we appear on.The future is as uncertain as ever, but I truly believe that if any group of fans can make owning and running their own club a genuine success,it's those of WAFC.

Power to the people!.
