Re: M R S farce
So if we see a queue at Maesgwyn or in the Cent we get so annoyed, we go home? Getting a ticket is no imposition. Better still, buy a ST and take any worry away. Why the fuss by a few to buy a ticket and actually sit on the specific seat?

your liverpool comparison is laughable... non season ticket holders queue either on the phone line or the ticket office when the tickets (with allocated seat numbers) are released on general sale and you queue to get in esp if you leave it late... |

Not necessarily turn around and go home but would it discourage people from making the journey next time? It's not the core Wrexham fans we need to concern ourselves with, they'd probably watch Wrexham no matter what they had to do to get in, it's the floating fans I'm thinking about. If it's annoying some of our fans who think the world of the club imagine what the fair weather fans think.

But I've yet to see a convincing argument that it would put off floating fans. You either queue at the turn style. Or you queue less than 10 metres away. If Ruthin Red would have arrived at the ground at 19.35 rather than 19.40 he wouldn't have missed kick off

Re: M R S farce
A few seasons back similar complaints were voiced about CASH paying customers having to go through separate turnstiles because they were paying differing amounts. Now, a supporter can enter the ground accompanied by his/her 6y.o. child, 70 y.o. parent all through the same gate. No longer do we hear the complaint "I'm not sending my kid through on their own!", as they can all go in together. Therefore, we can't have just one cash turnstile taking different amounts of money (accounting rules HMRC). If there is a queue for tickets, not all of them will have been in work til 5 and driven 2 hours on the spur of the moment, why not make your life easier and plan ahead?

Re: M R S farce
A far bigger farce in the MRS is the catering....since I live close to ground and walk to games I like a beer at half time....first 2 games bar nearest town end closed resulting in massive queues at other bars ...beers bought zero = lost income to club...can't imagine I am alone in this...i know this has been debated and covered before so didn't want to start new thread but it's still not working....
