Re: Longevity
Looking at our record there makes me feel sick.

Re: Longevity
Interesting stats. I bet oldhams fans probably moan like hell. Little do they know, things could be a lot worse than L1 eternity.
I think in a way it's testament to how well the Fans have stabilised our club, that whilst we haven't gone up, at least we haven't gone down. I say that as a bit of an achievement due to taking a look at the clubs that are in the league below us, former League clubs. There's quite a few in the nationwide north. Stockport, Darlo, Kidderminster, etc etc. And Hereford and Scarborough even lower down in the pyramid. So, we are pretty solid, that's a plus....as a club. And the loyalty and determination of our great fans has ensured that we aren't in any jeopardy of relegation. All we need is the bunch of keys for promotion. Some clubs 'Bought' those keys. We know who they are. And a couple cracked it with good management....the likes of Accrington and Morecambe. For us, that's the route we take....I think we have most of those keys in our hands this season. We maybe just need a couple more, one marked Luck, and one marked More Goals, if you like. Anyway I'll shut up now. Ramblings of an overtired fan. Keep the faith Last edited by WrexSi; 28th September 2017 at 21.33:11.. |

Re: Longevity
It's crap we're in the fifth tier still but look at what we've been though, could of easily followed the likes of Halifax, Stockport, Darlington, York, Chester, (possibly Torquay too) and to a lesser extent Kidderminster in dropping down a few leagues or reforming all together
