No, it's not because we're under the FAW, it's because FIFA wont allow international transfers outside the window. The Nat Lge have decided to ignore the window but of course the other clubs are English transferring English players.

It does seem that way though doesn’t it. The management teams determination to play both Wedge and Carra plus a back four suggests not that they don’t learn from their mistakes....more that they are convinced this is the best way to set up for each game. Aim for a shut out, and hope for a goal at some point.
As we all know, that goal feels unlikely most games though. And I could be imagining things but I think I saw DK say in a recent interview that he has the four forwards in the building that he wants (!) for now. Hope my memory is playing tricks!
