That's a key ingredient for any promotion-winning side. I've only experienced 3 promotions in my 45 years following the Reds, but I can name those players just like that. I loved them then, and I love them now. 'Together we're stronger' or something like that.

About 40-50 Burberry wearing guys from somewhere (possibly Hartlepool) were waiting by the Morrisons car park, police stopped a few of our fans from going any further than than the busses. Heavy police presence then tried to disperse the group by the car park who after being chased around the car park made it around the police line to confront some of the Wrexham fans. Looked like the police quickly gained back control. But generally a lot of shouting. Police seemed to know who to stop and who to let through the line.




As for the actually game loved it. Quigley looks fantastic, though his poor shot first half a yard or two out from goal which he scuffed badly had me doubting his ability. Was a real handful all game. Wedgebury was brilliant best game I've seen from him really put his body on the line. Holroyd didn't have his best game, but seemed to have been targeted by the Hartlepool players who constantly chipped at his ankles and disrupted his game. Boden is starting to look like a half-decent player (stark contrast from his first few games when I last saw him, not sure I completely trust his positional play, getting there though).

Definitely the better side and deserved the two goal win, but first half we did look like we were struggling to find that something extra to break Hartlepool down.
