This is going to be much tougher than a lot expect. League positions generally count for little in a derby game and its more about attitude and the will to win.

We have to get on top of them right from the start and we cannot do the usual and concede the midfield to them.

I expect a tight game and as usual in my predictions 1st goal is important.

I can see a 2-1 win with a late goal from them giving us a nervy last 5.

2-1 to the big titted town, Quigley and Rutherford with our goals. Keates announces at half time he bought Chester with some change he found down the back of the sofa. Chester FC become Wrexham B and we have a training match for the second half for the real game against Woking next weekend. Up the bastarding town x

Derby games are nothing like the times when a percentage of the players were 'local' and felt the same as the supporters. There are so many journeymen on both teams so the passion must come from the supporters.

It does mean it is possible to take a more 'neutral' approach - which is good.
Chester are clearly piss poor ,we are strongly in the running for promotion. The outcome should be easy to predict - the reds to win by 4 or 5 goals.

Well it's simply a must win and win well game. Any less than a win and it's season over pure and simple, if we're serious about wanting promotion then now is the time to show it beginning on Sunday.
