I don’t doubt his recruitment was poor but the players played for him. You can’t say the same of Wilkin or Mills.

Its a tough job for Davies. If he doesn't get us promoted some people will assume that Keates would have.

Chris hughton was a coach for years before becoming a manager. Steve Mclaren was a coach for years before becoming a manager. Jose mourinho was a coach/translator before becoming a manager. But according to lord foxy the tea lady is equally as qualified
