What makes Wrexham AFC the great club it is ?

Been thinking , as a fan for over 60 years , why this is. Can I suggest a few for discussion:-
1 Our proud history as Wales' oldest League club.
2 Our position as record Welsh Cup winners.
3 The number of Wrexham players who have represented Wales at International level.
4 Our fantastic record in Europe.
5 Our amazing record , for a so called "smaller club " in domestic Cup competitions.
6 Our fabulous fans who follow The Reds through thick and thin.
7 Our Community spirit demonstrated by the DSA, Junior Dragons, Dementia Group etc.
8 The FPA who support the Club in every way and demonstrate the passion our former players have for OUR club.
Apologies to those I have missed out. Two traditions I'd like to see revived would be the Hall of Fame and the Yearbook which both illustrated how great our Club is and why we should celebrate its proud history.

Why? His timing seems fairly apt to me.

We’ve had a seriously frustrating and disappointing time recently, I can see why he’d consider highlighting the many positives despite this.

I've been watching for 50 years, so have seen those times, and enjoyed the glorious memories, coming out of the ground buzzing after yet another Cup win. It makes me sad that the younger supporters missed out on those times, and in all probability will never experience them.

To me though, the Welsh elements do not make us a great club. Does the fact that we repeatedly won a trophy in a very small pool of clubs make us a greater club than, say, Crewe? If there was a Cheshire cup, would Crewe winning it make them great? Not for me.

Great memories though.

Best post I've read in a long time. True supporter with a love if the club. Like a marriage. For better for worse. Remember the great times ,believe that happier times are ahead or walk away instead of bickering day in day out making everyone miserable.

Thats ok then. We played well in our last game...we have been shite several times this season but not in our last game.
