The DSA and our DLO collaborated to get this going,and I sincerely hope that the club appreciates the positive publicity which it has brought to WAFC.

I'm very Proud of what has been achieved by Wrexham AFC this season. From what began as a one off autism friendly game last season arranged by the DSA which was a fantastic initiative, once I took over my new role as DLO back in January, I was determined this would become a more permanent feature at our club. So after thoroughly looking into why these occasions have up to now been one offs and what was needed to put in place the structure needed for our football club to enable us to welcome autistic fans so they can attend every game of the season, if they so wish. So after months of hard work, and special thanks to Kerry Roberts Branch Manager at National Autistic Society, we were very proud that the 1st game this season Wrexham v Flyde we became an autism friendly football club. I am Loving my role at the football club, and my aim & goal is to keep working towards everyone who attends Wrexham AFC feeling welcome and able to enjoy their afternoon at Wrexham AFC watching live football.39099099_393524064508311_6325535637780824064_n.jpg
