He said there had been no contact. Even some of the usual in the know crowd on here were saying the same thing until later in the day yesterday.
This is the problem with making these statements as some people want as they are out of date as soon as they're made.

Which is why everyone at the club and the WST should have kept their mouths shut. Things change so quickly in football and with good intentions you end up looking daft
