0-2 to Wrexham

Orient seems in a strange place at the minute - https://www.leytonorient.com/news/20...danny-macklin/

Talk of a poisonous atmosphere on their forum

They also have a terrible record on BT Sport, although I can't find the post on their forum that stated the record

Honestly feel if we win Saturday we will win the league, with 2 homes games that we should be winning against Barrow and Maidstone straight after, a win would be huge. I sadly can't see it tho. It'll be a nervy game where it'll be a draw or we will lose by the odd goal. 650 reds there

Knowing us we'll beat LO convincingly then drop points in the next two home games.

But seriously if we do beat them on Saturday I also think its ours to lose, it would be a huge confidence boost and the next two home games should take care of themselves given the crowd that'll turn up.
Nerve wracking.

Lots of orient fans have the same fear. Apparently they reckon they never win when they’re on TV.

and we rarely do.

This has 0-0 all over it. Which we should be delighted with.

Earlier in this thread somebody asked about hotels. I work in Canary Wharf which is a short tube ride to the ground. Lots of hotel bargains around here at the weekend including this place which is where out-of-town colleagues stay when they visit the office. A bargain especially if you join the A-List:

There have been far more highs than lows supporting the Reds over the last 60 odd years however one of the worst was June 3rd 1989 with a loss to Leyton Orient 2:1 in the playoff final. We had an average team who finished 7th in the league and home support rarely over 2500. Major investment would have been required to keep us in League two and prompted, yet again, my Dad's and many others comment 'They don't want to go up'
That nonsense? aside I think we'll put that right by the same score but in our favour.
Leyton Orient 1:2 Wrexham.

A win give us massive momentum going into those 2 home games. Which is why I can’t see it. It comes back to the same old story of Orient having goalscorers who will make the difference when it matters. If I had to guess I’d say it’ll be a 2-0 defeat again.

Solihull are still there though, it’s in their hands and I don’t see enough teams out there capable of stopping them. We desperately need someone to at least draw with them.

If I remember rightly in the home game against LO we were the better team for the majority but just could create enough/score.
I think we're a slightly better team now with more attacking options.
I hope Oswell starts, then bring Beavon on if required or just to see the game out. Beavon and Oswell as a front two would be worth a punt I reckon. But that's not fashionable any more.
