Another person in charge would do what Hughes is doing , sussing out his best team , so you have to stick with Hughes , you just never know . I don't see him doing it , but a new person in now is too late .

He should never be anywhere near the managerial position. It was totally ludicrous to appoint a man who had a few months at Scarborough, failed and has spent the last 3 years at a Footgolf venture. Not one other club at this level would entertain the idea. For all the mistakes under Fan Ownership this one is beyond the realms.

How can you have a manager who can not dictate what tactics the team play.Things need to change.

What was going on with the Ebbsfleet team today was farcical yet they still came out and smacked 4 past us ! Nothing will change though this club has become to cosy but fast becoming a laughing stock !
