Won a game we really should have won anyway, so no great shakes.
Average performance from majority. Young and Pearson the only stand outs.
Grant had his best game for us but was still poor.
Braintree were terrible and dirty with it.
Lainton was shaky today.
Still, its 3 points and on to the next game.

Really? A defence of teenagers really isn't a recipe for success. I think their league position demonstrates that fact.

Darrell Clarke still without a job and wanted to be soon to be relegated to the conference, Yeovil, managers position. Hmm. Any chance we could have offered big sums and maybe put some thought into his mind about coming here? Instead of Barrow then Hughes. I hate this club sometimes. League was for the taking

Braintree had a couple of decent results before today. God knows how, but they did. Anyone know how far away Walker and Summerfield are from returning? They'll make a big difference.

Top 3 means a home win away from Wembley. We're in with a great chance, keep believing.

They didn't have any teenagers playing at the back, did they?

umm well 20 year olds. Pretty much teenagers. I agree with your previous post though. We do have a reasonable chance.

It’s scary how close we potentially are, so why does it still feel a million miles away? A lot of the chasing pack play each other in the run-in too. For me, we simply must be top 3. I still think we are capable of grinding a 1-0 against someone. Ironically it would appear our best way of playing is the way we always have, keep it tight and hope to nick one. That could suit us in the playoffs.

Can’t wait to “Nick” one at Wembley, sit on it for 75 minutes, then lose to Orient with two late injury time goals. I’ve had this season ticket too long.

Very true, you have got to be in it to win it anfd hopefully they can take some confidence from today and find some form. A big ask with 4 big players missing so we need that bit of luck keeping others fit.

[QUOTE=panda23;2246852]Given the managerial changes plus squad changes its a miracle we still have an opportunity to finish in the top 3 , that 5 game losing streak under Barrow has really fliped up a chance at the title though. I suppose changing the manager, board, putting the club up for sale will help though [/QUOTE

The managerial and squad changes you speak about have been primarily down to those in charge.
