Of course they do!!! Park Hall, Whittington is in England, and that's where they play their home games.

They are therefore an English club, playing in the Cymru Premier League, previously known as the Welsh Premier League which they won last season (and each of the previous seven seasons,) which gave them entry into the UEFA Champions League.

If that wasn't enough, they also won the Welsh Cup last season, which gave them entry to the UEFA Europa League.
