The problem in our club is the board actually believe they are that important!! I know from working with these people that it’s all about the power. It’s deep in the heart of the club a new board could be put together very quickly...

If they go for free they deserve it for the time they give up.
If they dont do away games then so what.

In work I claim expenses for travelling away and I get paid.

As a FT professional club a free seat on the players bus isn’t what the issues are.
A PT managers assistant is far more serious and needs to be addressed as a far more higher priority.

Work on Tech End toilets, Jonseys bar and other strategic ground problems need to be addressed.

IT has the membership system to improve as we need that to provide the team with the time to grow it. After all 5k+ crowds to 3.8 with 900 free kids gives you a clue.

Training facilities and kop regeneration should be Spencers priority right now.
Autumn update can’t be far away and what are we going to get? Where are we with Groves and 9 acres as I expect Colliers is off the radar.

There is also working with WSA who I believe are struggling with resources. Maybe it’s time they came into the WST structure along with the 50/50 draw. The WST could then man the car park and run the draw or at least create a working group to do it.

Finances as we know is the only area under control.

The list goes on and we need the WST involved instead of their monthly minute taking.

These are what you call strategy and issues, not a free mars bar or coffee.
