Ricketts, left for a higher division,
Barrow, went to join Ricketts in a higher division.
The next appointment will speak volumes!
Unreal spin.

Exactly , Don't they realise they are messing with peoples lives, He wasn't up to the job , So without proper scrutiny or thought they just appointed Him ,

We need someone in the same mould as Cooper or Graham Potter.

Swans have had their ups and downs but on the whole they have employed top-rate coaches.
That's what we need, not someone who knows his way around the lower leagues and can bring in such world-class players as.....
fill in the blank.
We should be on the blower to Swansea as I've said before, but not to Steve Cooper, far from it. We really need to seek the advice of Huw Jenkins who had the midas touch when it came to appointing managers.

Darlo and Flynn yes but Harris is on the board and you know he is going nowhere. The board needs time to re-structure, Harris has bigger and more corporate issues to address. He is part of this regeneration process (if it actually takes place) and needs to be in the Kop redevelopment process.
Hopefully he plays very little in the next appointment.

Putting in place the interim management team is the next priority and I just hope it’s not previous failed managers or Keates. Morrell doesn’t know this squad and would not be able to improve it.
Anyone that would keep CD should not be considered.

Is there anyone in the squad that could step in for the 2-4 weeks we need?

The selection process needs to identify the replacement team quickly and put them in place.

i actually feel quite sorry for Bryan Hughes he has become a target because he simply did not have the abilities and so blame is directed at him but he was only a symptom of a much larger illness, a virus that has been festering at this once great club for some time and like most viruses it will carry on destructing until the host is dead

Spencer Harris and John Mills are an absolute embarrassment to this club and things will not change one bit whilst they are still running things

Step one completed.... in typical fashion...the fall guy has fallen.

Just waiting for the Keates announcement now.... and if RP is a yardstick, it will be a divisive and unsettling appointment which is exactly what we don’t need.

This is the opportunity for honest self reflection for the boards, a chance to restructure and adjust their ways to get us fans back on side. Quit the spin, make some hard calls and there could be ‘exciting times ahead’.
