Fully agree with this. Also played that system at Solihull and Woking and I though we'd turned the corner.

4-4-2. Tollitt and Rutherford (because he works hard) on the wings and Hooper and Harris up top. Would back the 4-3-3 but we look toothless in attack with isolated forwards as the wingers drop back and it looks more like a 4-5-1, bearing in mind as well our absence in central midfield.

As previously mentioned 3-5-2 / 5-3-2 looked okay but you need very good fullbacks / wingers to make full effect of it IMO.
