What a lot of bullshit that document is. Before I read it I would have bet my life on it containing a reference to “stakeholders” and sure enough , there it was.

Any coincidence this old investment story is republished after the announcement at cefn. Are our board jealous and feeling inadequate? The difference between the clubs is druids have the cash and ambition to do it. As for council involvement, they don't have any spare cash, so it's convenient for the club and council to talk up this plan as it's publicity they both need, whilst they both know there is no chance it will happen.

The council, The Wrexham FC Board. What do they have in common..
They need public support to stay in their positions

So, until someone of real authority on the financial aspects of this, makes an announcement..

I'd take it with a pinch of salt

I’m not. I’ve ahem been thinking about it in detail this evening.

And the problem with this is, by it being in the local rag, they will get that supportfrom the blinkered fanbase, because they will believe it. It is all pie in the sky I'm afraid

Seen too many schemes that would theoretically develop the Racecourse to get too excited about this one.
That said, there seems to be collective support for this vision and whilst I'm sceptical, you never know if this is going to be the one that flies as the UNI appear to be a prime mover in the project.
