Really happy with that. Jay in and Bobby out does wonders on the pitch and the atmosphere in the changing rooms. Excited to see his partnership with Luke Young in the middle with Jarvis just infront of them. Well done Deano

Not quite ready to call him ‘Deano’ but Keates has had a good four weeks since the Aldershot debacle. Some amusing posts on here still attempting to link what is an excellent signing to boardroom trouble and Darlington. Keates has addressed all of the issues we wanted him to so now it’s time to get behind the team - even our occasional supporters. The ones who never come may hopefully go quiet though I have some doubts.
I do not believe we will make the playoffs but it is of course statistically possible and I will always back the team from kickoff anyway. Close season is the time to address the club structure but if we were to make the playoffs and win then I suspect the euphoria would eliminate any clamour for change which for me is also wrong but not surprising.

Wise words.

Let’s hope Jay is the missing link that helps bring everything together.

To be fair, apart from letting Harris go, I'd have to agree with that

Harris put in excellent displays for the first 3.5 years at Wrexham,Vose turned up only for the first 3 months,Little was a fantastic player but did not play that much,Fowler decent when he wanted to be and the ginger lad was always pissed.
