I would say unrelated. Pete Jones and John Mills resigned before the AGM so there was ample opportunity to replace them (which happened)
Lindsay and Paul Cox were never elected members of the board. Lindsay was co-opted to cover for the elected independent secretary while he was busy with work and no idea what Paul Cox ever was as his appointment was never announced!! WE only found out when he left!!

Without a quorom I believe the only business they are allowed to conduct is to call an AGM to appoint more members. However this did not happen for a few months before the last AGM during which time they held two EGM's, one on the Groves and one as an extension to the AGM. They also self reported to the ICO at that time.
