It's quite simple really and this maybe a "compromise in his head" comment but I have repeatedly said Darlington should not be coaching our first team based on the performances of our first team whilst he has been a coach.

Based on his experience with the FAW, he'd be best suited in our (or someone else's) academy...if we had one. If that's wrong, so be it.

It's not necessarily respecting the ownership model, but do they respect those on the board?

I've seen private messages sent from players that are absolutely savage against Spencer and other board members. One player said the club has a worse mentality than his brothers pub team. There's even been players that have rejected us because they've heard about the tinpot culture of the club. Even now players are turning up for training and are raging at the low standards we're setting.

The club is soaked in failure and that drips down from the very top. Players do need to be held to account but their hands are tied.

This nails it , blame should be apportioned to all quarters for the dismal failings we're seeing, the players should not be exempt

In any walk of life, if a team is failing the manager is 100% accountable.

So you don't rate him as a coach of a first team at a professional football club, yet you think he has some 'qualities' to teach other coaches how to coach - is that right?

Would love to know what these supposed 'qualities' are...
