Agreed. The honorary board should be for those that truly get what the club is about, not for those that killed all self-pride and self-respect for the club.

Thankfully the WST board is in good shape now, bar 2 of them who shouldn't be involved. The WST still has a strong future if they can sort their tainted image

Jonathan Jackson has just severed ties with Wigan Athletic he was CEO there for 10 years and a director. Will gave prem league experience. There fans are complimentary about him.

Or pessimistic about the future. It's part and parcel of being a Wrexham fan up until the last six months so it'll be hard for some to get it out of their systems.

Unfortunately some have funneled that into the CEO appointment, probably because it's the most high profile thing that could go wrong, and they expect it go badly. Personally I'm keeping an open mind, hopeful of a fresh face, and looking forward to the future rather than glancing back - I'd advise others to do the same.
