A review of sales and its infrastructure is desparately needed and I am sure this will happen under the new CEO and HK.
We need to move away from part time non league mentality if we want to be a global force

I believe work on a complete revamp of the club shop starts next week.

More annoying that there's been no info sent out apart from this thread about the non-delivery if no charge.

They should have known that there would be demand and adjusted things accordingly. No good blaming the system. They know the systems limitations. Luckily I live within 10 miles of Wrexham so I can go and pick up the order when it's ready (God knows when)

I’m not sure they expected the sale of 600 bottles to be over in about 3 hours to be honest. However, I think communications could and should have been better. A big lesson learned already for our new owners.
Still patiently awaiting an opportunity to collect mine as long as they haven’t sold it.

Probably not

They invited people to drop of flags when Wrexham county borough was in lockdown before Xmas so I don't think they're that aware of covid regs
