As HK has already stated, this is another biggie if we want to keep our PO push alive.

They have had a similar hiccup to us, and also lost their big man up front. Rowe has ability but he also hasn’t cut it in League 2.

‘Don’t change a winning team,’ is the clarion call; except Lainton for Dibble if fit. Dibble, for all his faults, has been mostly OK these last 2 games.

The secret is to keep pressing and get an early goal. No doubt they’ll have at least 2 men on Davies and try to kick him into the stands.

I think we will win, but it again won’t be easy.

A very tough game, and our record against Chesterfield isn't great. In fact this has all the hallmarks of the sort of game where we choke.

Reading the reports of their recent games and listening to their game v Halifax it sounds like they are susceptible to teams that press. Halifax were having a lot of joy on the counter attack, so it should be tailor made for us. Their defence sounded a little dodgy. Hopefully they will play the same keeper as on Tuesday as he sounded poor.

Even without Asante they will be dangerous up front. Mitchell is a good young player and we know all about Rowe. If Pearson and Kelleher have a good game though we have more than enough to beat them.

I'm going confident. 2 nil win.

I don't think we will go up this year however if the manager and players think they can then this is match they cannot afford to lose.

Need to go for it and not invite pressure. Hopefully our defence or Jay will let Rowe and Adi the snake know that they are there early on. We should be high on confidence and fingers crossed that will show on the day. 2-0. Gold and Pearson from the end of 2 set pieces.
