Baseball realistically couldn't be played unless on a very strange shaped pitch. They played in the Olympic stadium, but they had room around the pitch where the running track was and they could remove sections of seats to fit it in.

Isn't a rugby league pitch 100 yards long with 10 yard try zones at each end?

Think it's 122 yards minimum.
You could fit an american football pitch in, but without the runoff areas behind the goal it would be very unsafe. Maybe we'll extend the pitch significantly but I don't think it's feasible as it stands.

I believe the pitch is being moved but only slightly as there is an issue with the close proximity of the Digital boards at the "tech" end.

Then knock down the Tech end and move the stand into the uni car park. After all there’s still 8 weeks to go before the big kickoff. Plenty of time
