Heard today they might not be available for the first game. Hope I've heard wrong.

Wouldn’t surprise me as they weren’t too confident of receiving them soon when I called in on Monday. They have a back-up plan but it will be busy!

Who knew the demand for merch would be so high?. It can only be a good thing can't it that suppliers can't keep up surely? (don't call me Shirley!)

Yeah I agree. It is very poor from the club. My mate ordered a shirt the day they came out and has been told he is unlikely to receive one by the start of the season. Closed stands, no shirts and now possibly no STs?

Communication should be considerably better from the club shop. An automated email to all those without shirts maybe just to say they are delayed? He has had to email multiple times to find out why it hasn't yet been delivered. There is also 0 chance of the club shop ever picking up a phone call. They are clearly understaffed but this issue should have been addressed a long time ago.

We have to accept that things don’t happen overnight.
It will take time to scale up the support services.

It’s not ideal, but it’s not the end of the world. I’d rather have some of the issues that we are dealing with, than be heading into another season of gloom.

why blame the club, we didn't know we could have fans in until last week. Season tickets and shirts sales went through the roof. Stop finding faults and enjoy the ride.

But none of these issues would be relevant under the WST, simply because there would not have have been the enormous demand we are seeing.
