Remember the impact ricketts had when he tried bringing in a more professional structure in the back room staff. It works, having the infrastructure off the pitch yields results on it is a proven concept so absolutely brilliant move this.

Little things like this will make a huge impact in bringing players here too...sure, money will always be the main influencer but knowing you're supported by best in class coaches, physios and managers will definitely not put people off.
