Exactly, I find it really odd they haven't caught up with orders from June that haven't gone out. I think personally it leads me to think they dont have a clue where they are at with it.

Apparently not all sizes are available. One fan posted on Twitter that he queued for 45 mins this morning only to discover this.

I don't understand people saying that they were queuing for x amount of minutes to pick up tickets/buy merchandise. I might just be very lucky, but whenever I've been to pick up tickets, there has been nobody there. On Tuesday afternoon there was only 2 people in the shop, browsing merchandise, and I went straight to the till to pick up my ticket. Is it quieter in the afternoon?

Different product, but I’m still waiting for the away gin since I ordered it in July I believe.

On my way up to Harrogate, I stopped by the shop to try and get some, was staring right at a bottle but was told I couldn’t have it because online and store stock was separate and the can’t mix it.

Ridiculous, I’m being told they don’t have any to send to me, while I’m staring right at some in the shop

End of the day I know they’re mainly volunteers and that’s why I didn’t kick up too much of a fuss. You’ve got to wonder about the commercial manager though. Anyone with a semblance of competence/ initiative would honour orders already placed with any stock they have before stocking it in store.

It was me who posted I was queuing, not sure what you don’t understand? The shirt was available for the first time since August? and is in high demand! By the time I entered the shop the queue was back to the corner of the student flats.
The club could have quite easily posted what they had or didn’t have or someone working could have communicated down the line, but no they didn’t. It wasted not only mine but numerous others time this morning. It was poor run this morning and dreadfully communicated

What happened to Macron being the holy grail when it came to supplying kit? That was often the reasoning given when fans complained about the poor quality and duff design of their stuff.

Saying that, I always prefer not being able to buy crap stuff to not being able to buy nice stuff.
