They will definitely be prosecuted,so names will then be in the public eye,so I would imagine the club can't name them until the court case comes up.

The guys above the Torquay fans wouldnt be season ticket holders and i assume it was these that were throwing hot drinks etc? Therefore 12 season ticket holders must of been the ones who set upon the kid at the railway station and have been identified. It wont be the end of this for sure there will be more to come

It doesn't say that all 12 were season ticket holders. Just those that were have had them revoked.

There's a copy of the letter going round on social media now. They're banned from home matches, all events at the racecourse, away travel and priority booking for away matches pending investigation by the police and club.
